All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by Customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any.

Please tell us the deadline for receipt when you place order.

It will take 10 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Also it will take about 10-14 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time are based on the shipping company (DHL, EMS) standard.

We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address.

Parcel

The parcel need to be signed for. So please track your parcel online timely. If the parcle was shipped fail ,it will be reutrned to us.If reshipping ,customer need to pay shipping fee again.And if you don't want reshipment ,you need to pay restocking fee ,and shipping fee can not be returned.
